摘要:: 针对目前高校学报影响因子传统计算方法无法准确反映引用期刊水平的情况，在经典影响因子计算公式的基础上，增加对引用期刊水平的权重的考虑，并以福建省六个高校学报的两年内部分数据进行分析，给出学报影响因子和高水平引用期刊占比之间的关系。结果表明：影响因子的计算对引用期刊水平的考虑是必要的，且学报影响因子与低水平引用期刊的占比成负相关性，改进的算法对于传统的影响因子计算能起到一定程度的修正作用。

Abstract:: The traditional computing method for the impact factor of a university journal can not accurately reflect the quality of that journal. Based on classical calculating formula for impact factor, and considering the quality of citing periodicals, part of the data from six university journals in Fujian province in two years are analyzed. The results show that impact factor calculation must put the quality of citing periodicals into consideration, and that the impact factor of a journal is negatively related to the proportion of low-quality periodicals. The improved calculating method is a beneficial supplement to the existing journal evaluation system.
