摘要:
在经济社会里，没有人不与商业有关，商业竞争力标志着一个国家、民族、企业的竞争力。而支撑商业竞争力的力量源泉是商道文化，商道文化的基础就是中华文化。代表中华文明勃兴时代的子学与现代文明强力交融而产生的“新子学”学术体系，能够构建并引领中国特色的商道文化。我们需要做的是把这种“新子学”文化精神与商道文化精神的全面融合与对接，产生巨大的正能量，进而推动中国经济和企业的强盛发展。这也是我们这个文明国度文化自信、管理自信的集中体现，2016年G20峰会将在我国召开，再次向世人展示中国勇于担当协调各国、解决区域乃至全球经济问题的角色。
Abstract:
In modern society, commercial competitiveness stands for the competitiveness of an enterprise, a nation or a country. In China, commercial competitiveness comes from business culture, which is based on the Chinese culture. Xinzixue, an academic system generated from Zixue’s integration with modern civilization, can help construct a business culture with Chinese Characteristics. A comprehensive integration between Xinzixue spirit and the spirit of business culture will produce tremendous positive power to promote the growth of both the economy and the enterprises in China. This also indicates our culture confidence as well as management confidence. China will host G20 summit in 2016, which shows to the world that China is ready to play a role in handling the regional and global issues.
