摘要:: 美国小说巨匠索尔·贝娄是一位荣膺诺贝尔文学奖之后仍文思不竭、笔耕不辍的作家。对贝娄的11部中长篇小说标题进行梳理分析，旨在帮助读者透过标题窥探到作品的主题以及作家的用意。这些作品的标题艺术具有简洁明了的特点，或是人物名称或特点；或是具有多重涵义的人物相关物品等；或是传递出作品内涵或作家愿望的人物话语。它们像一面面小镜子折射出作品的丰富内涵之光，吸引着读者去打开扉页徜徉于他的一部部思想史中。

Abstract:: The American writer, Saul Bellow, created great works even after having won the Nobel Prize for Literature. An analysis of the titles of his eleven novels and novellas is aimed at helping readers to understand the themes of the works and get into the author’s mind. The artwork of the titles is concise and direct, adopting a surname or a character of the protagonist, or an object, a period of time or a venue related to the protagonist, or what the character says. Like mirrors, they give a glimpse of his works enticing readers to explore the great mind reflected in his works.
