摘要:
新时期城乡一体化发展改变了传统农村的家庭文明，也影响着中国社会文明的发展格局。通过SWOT分析得出：农村文明家庭建设要发挥政策资源、性别文化、家风资源、法治建设等优势；改善家庭关系、女性保障、家庭普法、村庄治理等劣势；把握八闽扬帆发展、美丽乡村建设、扶贫开发战略等机遇；应对生态经济矛盾、“空心化”问题严重、建设主体缺位、家庭“书香”氛围缺乏等威胁。据此提出福建农村文明家庭建设的策略：发挥女性的独特作用、加强农村法治文化建设、注重美丽乡村建设、实施生态扶贫战略。
Abstract:
The integration of urban and rural areas in the new era has changed the traditional rural family civilization, and also affects the development of social civilization in China. Through SWOT analysis, the results show that civilized family construction in rural areas should: give full play to the advantages in policy resources, gender culture, the tradition resources, construction of rule by law; overcome the disadvantages in family relationships, women protection, family law popularization, village governance; grasp the opportunities of the development of Fujian, beautiful rural construction and the work of helping the underdeveloped regions; deal with such threats as ecology-economy contradiction, severe drainage of young labor, and the absence of family scholarly atmosphere. Based on the above, the strategies for the construction of rural civilized family in Fujian are put forward: giving full play to the role of women, strengthening the rule of law, stressing the construction of beautiful countryside, and implementing the strategy of ecological poverty alleviation.
