摘要:: 海洋文化遗产是海洋文明在当代的延续，它构成文化遗产保护的重要内容，对推动我国海洋事业的发展具有重要意义。随着我国海洋生产力不断提高和数字化技术的进步，如何通过数字化技术构建海洋文化遗产的保护体系成为人们关注的问题。海洋文化遗产保护要与当代数字技术的发展全面共融，以提升海洋文化遗产保护水平，延长海洋文化产品的生命周期。具体做法是，要从建立健全有关保护的法律和政策、构建海洋文化遗产的数据库、借用数字化技术实现影像存留、通过虚拟现实技术促进海洋文化资源产品化等具体路径着手，把数字技术融入到海洋文化遗产保护的实践中，从根本上推动海洋文化遗产的“活态”数字化保护，重塑海洋文化价值体系，推动海洋文化遗产保护向数字化开发利用的转型。

Abstract:: Marine cultural heritage is an important part of marine civilization in the modern times. It forms an important part of the protection of cultural heritage, and promotes China’s marine industries. With the improvement of marine productivity and the progress of digital technology, how to construct a digitalized system for marine cultural heritage protection has become a focus of attention. This paper argues that the protection of marine cultural heritage should be closely associated with modern digital technology, in order to improve the level of marine cultural heritage protection, to extend the life cycle of marine cultural products. In practice, the departments concerned should establish and perfect the relevant protection laws and policies, construct marine cultural heritage database, use digital technology to achieve image retention, promote the products of marine culture resources through virtual reality technology. It is essential to integrate digital technology into the practice of the protection of marine cultural heritage, to promote fundamentally the “living” digital protection of marine cultural heritage, reshape the marine culture value system, and promote the digital development and utilization of marine cultural heritage protection.
