利用索洛残差法测算福建省TFP增长率,发现该增长率波动明显。基于供给侧角度建立模型对TFP提升的主要影响因素进行实证分析,发现R&D投入、非国有经济占GDP比重等指标都对TFP的提升有显著推动作用。验证福建省TFP增长已经从政策推动转到由创新、管理等市场因素综合推动,探析TFP增长率走低的原因是科技投入滞后等,提出着力提高民营资本和外资比重等建议。
- Abstract:

The Solow residual method is used to calculate the TFP growth rate in Fujian Province. The result is that the growth rate fluctuated greatly. A model on the supply side was built to analyze empirically the main factors influencing TFP ascension. The result is that such indices as the R&D input, the proportion of non-state economy to GDP were significant impetuses to TFP. It was verified that drive of Fujian TFP growth had been shifting from policy to innovation, and market factors such as management. TFP growth rate decline was caused by the inadequate science and technology input. Proposals are put forward to enhance the proportion of private capital and foreign capital.
