摘要:
习近平以人民为中心的思想是马克思主义唯物史观的当代表达，也是新时代中国特色社会主义的社会建设思想在政治理性层面上的高度概括。党的十九大指出中国特色社会主义进入新时代，以习近平同志为核心的党中央，坚定不移地走深化改革之路，在扶贫、环境保护、医疗卫生、就业、社会救助等民生方面提出了“以人民为中心”的社会建设目标，彰显了人民的主体地位，体现了以人为本的人本向度。以人民为中心的思想，既是社会建设的核心内涵，也为加快建设新时代中国特色社会主义的法治社会指明了方向。
Abstract:
Xi Jinping’s people-centered thought is a contemporary expression of Marxist historical materialism, and it is also a high degree of political rationality in the social construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The Party’s Nineteenth National Congress points out that the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. The Party Central Committee headed by General Secretary Xi Jinping has unswervingly pursued a deepening reform and put forward proposals in the areas of poverty alleviation, environmental protection, medical and health care, employment and social assistance. The goal of “peoplecentered” social construction shows the people’s dominant position and reflects people-oriented orientation. The people-centered ideology is not only the core connotation of social construction, but also indicates the direction for accelerating the building of a socialist society with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
