摘要:: “党领导一切”是中国共产党的根本政治原则。中国共产党几代领导集体在不同的社会历史条件下，对确立和发展这一根本政治原则，作出了重大的理论贡献。新民主主义革命的斗争实践，推动“党领导一切”原则的提出和确立；新中国成立以来的社会主义建设实践，推动和平环境中“党领导一切”原则的持续发展；新时代中国特色社会主义创新性发展背景下，加强“党的长期执政能力建设”和“全面增强执政本领”为“党领导一切”原则注入了新的时代内涵。

Abstract:: I“The Party exercises overall leadership” is the fundamental political principle of the CPC.Under different social and historical conditions，generations of CPC leadership have made great theoretical contributions to the establishment and development of this principle.The New Democratic Revolution put forward and established this principle;The Socialist Construction since the founding of the People’s Republic of China has promoted the sustainable development of the principle in the peaceful environment;Under the background of the innovative development of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era，strengthening “the Party’s long-term governance capacity” and “strengthening every dimension of Party’s ability for governance” have infused a new connotation into the principle.
