摘要:
2020年是中国历史性地解决绝对贫困问题的关键之年，是全面小康社会的建成之年。立足2020年的历史节点，回顾中国扶贫的历史进程，能够系统总结中国解决绝对贫困问题的历史意义。中国历史性地解决绝对贫困标志全面建成小康社会、形成中国特色反贫困理论、开启复兴中国梦的新征程，提供全球减贫的中国智慧和方案。
Abstract:
The year 2020 is a key year for China to solve the problem of absolute poverty and to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Based on the historical node of 2020，reviewing the historical process of poverty alleviation in China can systematically summarize the historical significance of solving the problem of absolute poverty in China.Chinese historic solution to absolute poverty will mark the completion of the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects，the formation of an anti-poverty theory with Chinese characteristics，and the beginning of a new journey to rejuvenate the Chinese Dream.It provides Chinese wisdom and solutions for global poverty reduction.
