摘要:
马克思、恩格斯有着丰富的海洋思想，他们坚持唯物主义基本原理，运用科学的方法论，形成了科学的海洋观理论框架。马克思恩格斯海洋观的理论基础可以概括为世界市场理论、国际交往理论、资本逻辑理论、全球化理论4个方面。这些理论基础对于深化对马克思恩格斯海洋观的理解具有重要意义，而且对于中国在世界全球化中发挥积极作用、推进“一带一路”倡议、促进文明交流与融合、加快海洋强国建设、构建海洋命运共同体等具有重要理论和现实意义。
Abstract:
Marx and Engels had rich thoughts on the ocean.They adhered to the basic principles of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,used scientific methodology,and formed a scientific theoretical system.The theoretical bases of Marx and Engels’ocean view include world market theory,international communication theory,capital logic theory and globalization theory. These bases have important theoretical value and practical significance for a deeper understanding of Marx and Engels’view of ocean,for China’s active role in globalization,for “the Belt and Road”initiative,for the exchanges and integration of civilizations,for building a maritime power,and for constructing a maritime community with a shared future.
