摘要:
集友银行于1943年10月在战时福建临时省会永安成立。其成立原因特殊，发展过程曲折，特点十分显著。在经历70余年风雨后，虽总分行发生变化，但始终保持侨资银行性质，厦、港两地银行一度共生共荣，相互扶持。集友银行履行社会责任起步早、持续时间长，对福建教育事业一以贯之的倾助是其他银行不能比肩的，特别是其保持“以行养校”“以行助乡”的办行初衷，创新助学方式，且发挥“以校养行”的特色，持续发展且保持及加强与福建的深厚渊源和联系，不但持续实现、延续着陈嘉庚的教育遗愿，且以多种方式广泛履行社会责任，发挥在港本地作用，并凝聚侨心、借助侨力、服务侨众，桥梁作用影响深远。
Abstract:
Chiyu Bank was established in Yongan,the temporary provincial capital of Fujian Province during the anti-Japanese war in October 1943.Chiyu Bank has special reasons for its establishment,twists and turns in its development process,and possesses unique characteristics.After more than 70 years of ups and downs,although the head office and branches have changed,it has always maintained the nature of overseas Chinese bank.Banks in Xiamen and Hong Kong once coexisted and prospered and supported each other.More importantly,it started to fulfill the social responsibilities early and lasted for a long time,and its consistent support for Fujian’s education cannot be matched by other banks.Especially,Chiyu Bank continues to develop,maintain and strengthen a deep relationship and connection with Fujian,not only realizing Tan Kah-Kee’s educational legacy,but also fulfilling the social responsibility in a variety of ways.It also plays a local role in Hong Kong,and unites the hearts of overseas Chinese,obtains help from overseas Chinese,and serves the overseas Chinese.It exerts a far-reaching impact as a role of bridges.
