摘要:: 金融司法实践正在积极回应金融创新带来的挑战。厦门金融司法协同中心从专业化和协同化的方向推动了金融司法结构的变迁，契合了合理配置有限司法资源和提升地方政府竞争力的社会需求，彰显了金融司法功能扩张化的趋势。金融司法机关通过类案同判和参与立法的方式弥补金融立法的不足，实现规则创设的功能。建立金融司法协同的长效机制才能强化地方治理现代化的司法保障。推动厦门金融司法协同中心民商事、行政、刑事案件管辖的一体化，提高金融司法审判的专业水平，制定地方性法规形成有效协同的保障机制和约束机制，是实现金融司法协同制度化的法治路径。

Abstract:: Financial judicial practice is actively responding to the challenges brought by financial innovation.Xiamen Judicial Coordination Center promotes the change of financial judicial structure from the direction of specialization and coordination,meets the social demand of rational allocation of limited judicial resources and improvement of local government competitiveness,and highlights the trend of expansion of financial judicial function.Financial judicial organs make up for the deficiency of financial legislation and realize the function of rule creation by means of co-judgment of similar cases and participation in legislation.Only by establishing the long-term mechanism of financial judicial coordination can we strengthen the judicial guarantee of the modernization of local governance.Promoting the integration of the jurisdiction of civil and commercial,administrative and criminal cases of financial courts,improving the professional level of financial judicial trials,formulating local laws and regulations and forming an effective collaborative guarantee mechanism and restraint mechanism are effective ways to realize the institutionalization of financial judicial coordination.
