Title:: A Study of the Development Problems of Pension Finance in China under the Background of Aged Society

摘要:: 养老金融以金融服务支持养老事业发展，成为解决人口老龄化问题的一个重要的突破口。以我国步入老龄社会为视角，分析我国养老金融发展的现状及问题。结果发现，我国养老金融发展对象潜力不一，养老金融产品不断丰富但产业发展滞后，同时养老金融业务发展总体向好，在养老消费、养老信贷、养老保险、养老投资方面均有所建树；而当前我国养老金融发展也存在需求薄弱、供给不足、结构失衡和制度缺失等问题。提出了相应的对策建议：（1）创新推进养老金融的供需增长；（2）适度引导养老金融的结构平衡；（3）继续完善养老金融的制度框架；（4）推进整合养老金融赋能医疗服务。

Abstract:: Pension finance,supporting the development of pension undertakings with financial services,has been becoming a dominant breakthrough to solve the problem of aging.From the perspective of China’s aged society,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of pension finance development in China.It is found that the potential of development objects is varied,products are constantly enriched but the industrial development lags behind.Meanwhile,the business development has good prospects in pension consumption,pension credit,pension insurance and pension investment.Nevertheless,there are also some problems such as demand weakness,supply insufficiency,structure imbalance and system deficiency.In view of the above,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.First,innovate to promote the supply and demand growth of pension finance.Second,guide the structural balance of pension finance appropriately.Third,continue to improve the institutional framework of pension finance.Fourth,integrate the medical services of pension finance empowerment.
