摘要:: 西方主流媒体在非常态化情况下，为维护本国利益，从政治角度大肆恶意抹黑中国国家形象的事例不在少数，造成中国真实形象和西方民众对中国的主观印象出现“反差”。政治文献是我国改革和建设取得伟大成就的最好注解，是对外传播的核心内容。关联翻译理论主要探讨译者在推理原文作者的信息意图和交际意图时的思维活动。在语篇释意过程中，译者充分体现主体性意识，根据原文的词汇信息、逻辑信息、百科信息以及文本内外因素所设置的语境，推理出与原文作者交际意图等同的最佳关联。依托关联翻译理论，聚焦微观语言技巧层面，从语境、词汇、语言风格3个维度阐述译者在翻译政治文献时要具有高度的政治敏感性和政策导向性，准确推理出原文作者的交际意图，寻找最佳关联。本研究对自塑国家形象，建构对外传播话语体系提供新的视角。

Abstract:: In abnormal situations, western main media tend to viciously defame China’s image from the political perspective in favor of their own benefits, which leads westerners to misunderstand China’s genuine image. China’s political documents, the best embodiment of the achievement in reform and development, is usually the main materials for international communication. The relevance theory chiefly explores translators’ mental process while they are seeking authors’ information intentions and communication intentions. In analyzing source discourse, translators manage to figure out the best English equivalent closely related to authors’ communication intentions based on vocabulary, logic, encyclopedia and context clues presented in the source discourse under their subjective consciousness. Based on the relevance theory, suggestions on how to find out authors’ communication intentions, hence the best English equivalents of China’s political documents, are explored from three aspects: context, vocabulary and linguistic style under the premise that translators are highly politically sensitive and policy-oriented in translating China’s political documents. This research provides a new perspective for self-creating China’s image and constructing the discourse system of external communication.
