摘要:: 数字中国建设是数字时代国家信息化发展的新战略和驱动引领经济高质量发展的新动力。在中国式现代化的视域下把握数字中国建设的价值意蕴，既有助于理解数字中国建设的战略意义，也有助于更好地理解中国式现代化的特点与优越性。数字中国建设符合中国式现代化5个特征的要求，是在人口规模巨大的情况下，加快推动全体人民共同富裕，有效协调物质文明和精神文明，更好解决我国绿色发展与和平发展问题的重要举措。数字中国建设是中国式现代化的必然要求和现实需要，也为世界各国实现现代化提供中国智慧和中国方案。

Abstract:: Digital China construction is a new strategy for the development of national informatization in the digital age and a new driving force for high-quality economic development.Grasping the value implication of Digital China construction from the perspective of Chinese modernization will not only help to understand the strategic significance of Digital China construction,but also lead to a great comprehension to the characteristics and advantages of Chinese modernization.The construction of Digital China conforms to the requirements of the five characteristics of Chinese modernization.It is to accelerate the common prosperity for all,effectively coordinate the material and cultural-ethical advancement,and to provide a better way to deal with problems of China’s green and peaceful development in the case of a huge population.The construction of Digital China is the inevitable requirement and practical need of Chinese modernization,and it also provides Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the modernization of countries around the world.
