摘要:: 居家养老是应对中国社会老龄化加速的主要措施之一，适老化改造可以解决住宅适老化程度普遍偏低的问题，减少居家不适老的隐患。在实地调查X市已完成适老化改造小区项目的基础上，梳理相关文献及国内各地适老化改造资料，以系统论为逻辑，建构依托大数据平台的“一户一审一改”居家适老化改造模式。确立改造流程、企业名录库、资金构成和重要参与方等模块子系统，打通改造衔接堵点，缩短改造时间，扩大受益群体，提升满足个性化需要的能力，解决目前居家适老化“集中改造”模式存在的改造时间长、辐射面窄等问题，促进居家适老化改造工程常态化、制度化发展。

Abstract:: Elderly home-care is one of the main measures to deal with the accelerated aging of Chinese society.Elderly friendly renovations of residential buildings can increase the residence suitable for the elderly,and reduce the hidden troubles of home discomfort for the old.Based on the field investigation of the completed residential renovation projects for the seniors in X city,we reviewed the relevant literature and elderly friendly renovations in various parts of China to construct the mode of “renovation upon individual application and approval” based on big data platform.In order to solve the existing problems of long time and narrow range for the“group renovation” mode,and thus to promote the normalized and systematic development of elderly friendly renovations of residential buildings,it is essential to get through the renovation connection,shorten the renovation time,expand the beneficiary groups and improve the ability to meet personalized needs,via process,enterprise directory database,capital structure and participants,etc.
