摘要:
陈嘉庚一生重视养生问题，对健康养生总结了独特的“养生八项原则”并躬身践行。归纳陈嘉庚在饮食养生、运动养生、心理养生、道德养生4个维度的丰富实践，阐述陈嘉庚健康养生观在国民生命中心议题、民众寿命主要指标、运用中医中药、重视控烟限烟4个方面与健康中国战略的内涵存在契合，对于拓展陈嘉庚研究、推进实施健康中国战略有一定的现实意义。
Abstract:
Tan Kah-kee attached great importance to health preservation throughout his life,summed up the unique “eight principles of health preservation” and practiced it.The paper summarizes Tan Kah-kee’s rich practice in four dimensions:diet health,exercise health,psychological health,and moral health.This paper expounds that Tan Kah-kee’s concept of health preservation is in line with the connotation of the Healthy China Strategy in four aspects:the central issue of national life,the main indicators of people’s life expectancy,the application of traditional Chinese medicine,and the emphasis on tobacco control and tobacco restriction.This paper has practical significance for expanding Tan Kah-kee’s research and promoting the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy.
