摘要:: 当代数字技术的快速发展带来人类生存方式的根本转型，并对人类文明结构产生本体性的影响。以中国为例，近年来随着智能手机和移动互联网的普及以及新冠疫情的冲击，数字化进程加速，数字技术成为社会系统的重要组织力量，在国家治理和各行业的发展中扮演了核心角色，并深刻影响了人们的工作、生活和休闲方式。数字化生存的中国实践体现为由国家战略引导、企业实践支撑、公众积极参与的全体系性协作共进模式，重塑了经济、社会、文化格局。然而，在迈向全面数字化的“后人类社会”的过程中，我们也需要深入审视和反思技术的内质和技术与人的关系，以避免技术遮盖人类真实生存的风险。

Abstract:: The rapid development of contemporary digital technology has brought about a fundamental transformation in human lifestyles and has ontological implications for the structure of human civilization. Take China as an example. In recent years, with the widespread use of smartphones, mobile Internet, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the process of digitization has accelerated. Digital technology has become a vital organizational force within the social system, playing a core role in national governance and the development of various industries. It has profoundly influenced people’s work, daily lives, and leisure activities. China’s practice of digital existence is characterized by a systemic collaborative model guided by national strategies, supported by corporate practices, and actively involving the public. This model has reshaped the economic, social, and cultural landscape. However, in the process of transitioning towards a fully digital “post-human society”, it is also essential to critically examine and reflect upon the essence of technology and the relationship between technology and humanity. This is necessary to avoid the risk of technology overshadowing the true essence of human existence.
