摘要:
数字化语境下高校社科学报作为学术期刊的“重要一极”,应认真思考自身优势,探寻“融媒”“智媒”传播新模式。改变传统的学术生产和传播方式,其中编辑主体的数字化素养成为制约高校社科学报高质量发展的关键变量。编辑主体对数字化转型认知的偏差,以及传统编校思维与数字技术应用之间形成的认知壁垒、人机协同编辑能力不足、数据挖掘与智能化学术评价能力不足等问题阻滞了传播的广度和深度。高校社科学报应加强高校监管和引导,为数字化建设保驾护航;掌握智能化编辑手段,创新编辑信息管理模式;提升学报内容“高附加值”的“二次加工”“二次传播”,拓展传播渠道发挥学术引领与评价功能;建构“数字思维”范式,实现从“技术工具论”到“生态重构论”的认知跃迁;构建智能化“学术共同体”,创新“数字素养+”培育模式。
Abstract:
In the digital context,university social science journals,as an “important pillar” of academic journals,should seriously consider their own advantages and explore new models for “convergent media” and“intelligent media” dissemination.It is necessary to change the traditional academic production and dissemination methods.Among them,the digital literacy of the editors has become the key variable constraining the high-quality development of university social science journals.The editors’ cognitive bias towards digital transformation,the cognitive barriers formed between traditional editorial and proofreading and the application of digital technology,and the insufficient ability of human-computer collaboration in editing,data mining,and intelligent academic evaluation have all hindered the breadth and depth of dissemination.University social science journals should strengthen university supervision and guidance to safeguard digital construction;master intelligent editing methods and innovate editorial information management models;enhance the “high added value” of journal content through “post-processing” and “subsequent dissemination”,and expand the dissemination channels to play academic leading and evaluation roles;construct a “digital thinking” paradigm to achieve a cognitive leap from “technological instrumentalism” to “ecological reconstruction”;and build an intelligent “academic community”,innovating the “digital literacy+” cultivation model.
