摘要:: 采用CiteSpace知识图谱可视化及文献计量分析方法，对20世纪90年代至2024年间商标抢注研究领域的中文期刊论文进行系统梳理，通过绘制关键词共现图谱、聚类图谱和突现图谱等知识图谱，并研读相关研究文献，归纳总结出国内商标抢注研究领域在先权利、商标抢注行为和商标抢注的规制3个核心主题；结合最新商标立法和理论研究趋势判断，“恶意注册”和“商标囤积”仍然能够持续保持其在该领域内的关注度，恶意商标抢注的类型化、恶意抢注带来的民事赔偿问题和商标的强制转移问题则会成为新的研究热点。

Abstract:: Using the popular CiteSpace knowledge graph visualization and bibliometric analysis methods,this study systematically sorted out Chinese journal articles in the field of trademark registration research from the 1990s to 2024.By drawing knowledge graphs such as keyword co-occurrence graph,clustering graph,and emergence graph,and discussing relevant research literature,three core themes were summarized in the domestic trademark registration research field:prior rights,trademark registration behavior,and regulation of trademark registration;Based on the latest trends in trademark legislation and theoretical research,it can be concluded that “malicious registration” and “trademark hoarding” can still maintain their attention in this field.The typification of malicious trademark registration,civil compensation issues arising from malicious registration,and compulsory transfer of trademarks will become new research hotspots.
