摘要:
网络空间在信息化时代是维系民族关系和解决民族问题不可或缺的阵地。作为舆论的发源地和集散地，网络空间在铸牢中华民族共同体意识方面发挥着关键作用：它有效缩短社会空间距离、巩固了主流意识形态阵地，增强网民归属感、提升了中华民族凝聚力以及能够促进民族关系网络化、推动民族事务治理现代化。但因网络空间区别于现实空间，其面临着网络虚拟化互动产生的认知偏差、网络民族主义的传播与国内外敌对势力的渗透等风险挑战。为此，我国必须采取系统性措施：强化国家在网络空间的引领作用，营造良好的网络舆论环境；荡涤网络民族主义错误思潮，持续推进“互联网+民族团结”行动；构建完善的网络治理体系，织牢网络空间安全保护网。通过这些举措在网络空间铸牢中华民族共同体意识，切实守护好各民族共有的精神家园，不断深化铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践探索。
Abstract:
In the age of information technology,cyberspace is an indispensable position for maintaining ethnic relations and resolving ethnic issues.As the origin and distribution point of public opinions,cyberspace plays a key role in forging a strong sense of community among the Chinese nation:it effectively shortens the spatial distance between societies,consolidates mainstream ideological positions,enhances netizens’ sense of belonging,increases the cohesion of the Chinese nation,and is able to promote the networkization of ethnic relations and modernize the governance of ethnic affairs.However,because cyberspace is different from real space,it faces challenges such as cognitive bias resulting from virtualized interactions on the Internet,the spread of cyber-nationalism,and the infiltration of hostile forces at home and abroad.To this end,China must take systematic measures:to strengthen the leading role of the State in cyberspace and create a favorable environment for online public opinion;to clean up the erroneous thinking of cyber-nationalism and continue to promote the “Internet+National Unity” initiative;to build a comprehensive cyber-governance system and weave a strong cyberspace security protection net.Through these initiatives,we are forging a strong sense of the Chinese national community in cyberspace,effectively guarding the spiritual homeland shared by all nationalities,and continuously deepening the practical exploration of forging a strong Chinese national community.
