摘要:
大党独有难题是中国共产党基于新时代新征程管大党、治大国的责任自觉所提出的重大政治命题，具有特定的出场逻辑，是对马克思主义建党学说的继承与创新、对“大党”建设历史问题的接续回答和新时代巩固党长期执政地位的现实需求。理解大党独有难题的在场逻辑，需要把握其关键要素，牢牢遵循整体推进与重点突破相统一、自我革命与社会革命相统一、问题导向和目标导向相统一的基本原则，深入剖析解决大党独有难题所独有的政治优势、组织优势、制度优势和文化优势。破解大党独有难题要紧紧围绕“六个如何始终”的核心立场展开，明确目标牵引、夯实政治定力、提升内在底气、锤炼精神品格、增强主体自觉以及筑牢根本保障，以“政党之治”开辟“中国之治”新境界。
Abstract:
“Unique challenges facing a large ruling party” is a major political proposition put forward by the Communist Party of China based on its self-awareness of its responsibility to manage the large Party and the big country in the new era and new journey.It has a specific emergence logic,which is the inheritance and innovation of the Marxist doctrine of party building,the successive answer to the historical question of the construction of the large party,and the realistic demand for the consolidation of the party’s long-term ruling position in the new era.Understanding present manifestations of a large party facing unique challenges requires grasping its key elements,firmly following the basic principles of the unity of overall advancement and key breakthroughs,the unity of self-revolution and social revolution,and the unity of problem orientation and goal orientation,and analyzing the political,organizational,institutional and cultural advantages in overcoming the unique challenges of the large ruling party.To tackle the unique challenges of a major party,we must closely revolve around the core stance of the “Six Hows to Always”,clearly defining goal orientation,consolidating political resolve,enhancing internal confidence,tempering spiritual character,strengthening subject consciousness,and solidifying fundamental safeguards,thereby opening a new realm of “China’s governance” through “Party governance”.
