摘要:: 中国共产党作为世界上最大的马克思主义执政党，适时提出大党独有难题这一重大政治命题。大党独有难题难在团结统一、难在保持状态、难在肌体健康、难在长期执政。政党软实力是衡量一个政党强弱的重要标准。中国共产党的凝聚力、感召力、革新力、认同力等政党软实力是破解大党独有难题的关键因素,为有效破解大党独有难题提供了新维度。通过加强党内政治文化建设、深入推进全面从严治党、强化政党外交等措施，能够持续提升中国共产党的政党软实力。新时代新征程，要更加注重中国共产党的政党软实力建设，进一步破解大党独有难题，推动党的事业不断取得新胜利。

Abstract:: The Communist Party of China (CPC),as the world’s largest Marxist ruling party,has timely put forward the major political proposition of the special challenges that a large party like the CPC faces.The challenges lie in unity,in maintaining the state,in physical health,and in longterm governance.The soft power of a political party is an important criterion for measuring the strength of a political party.The cohesion,charisma,innovation,and identity of the CPC are the key factors in solving those challenges.This provides a new dimension,giving full play to the role of the soft power of the CPC.By strengthening the political and cultural construction within the Party,deepening the full and rigorous self-governance,and strengthening the diplomacy of the Party,the soft power of the CPC can be continuously enhanced,and the the special challenges that a large party like the CPC faces can be tackled.In the new era and new journey,we must pay more attention to the construction of the soft power of the CPC,further tackle the special challenges that a large party like the CPC faces,and promote the Party’s cause by achieving new victories.
