摘要:
马克思恩格斯的海洋观在资本主义工业革命背景下形成，批判吸纳了黑格尔、格劳秀斯等有关海洋的合理论述，明晰了海洋共有的本质属性。新时代海洋强国战略坚持以马克思恩格斯海洋观为指导，在纾解人海矛盾、维护海洋权益、建设人民海军、提升海洋文化感召力、推行海洋交往新型义利观等方面作出意义重大的创新超越，不仅推进了马克思主义海洋观的中国化进程，在顶层设计和方法指导上引领中国海洋事业建设，也为构建全球海洋文明新秩序贡献了中国智慧，推动中国与世界海洋发展的良性互动和共同繁荣。
Abstract:
The Marx-Engels’ view of the ocean was formed against the backdrop of the capitalist industrial revolution.It critically absorbed Hegel’s and Grotius’s relevant theories about the ocean,clarifying the essential attribute of the ocean as a common good.The new era strategy for building a maritime power is guided by Marx-Engels’ view of the ocean.It has made significant innovative advancements in areas such as resolving conflicts between humans and the sea,safeguarding maritime rights,building a people’s navy,enhancing the appeal of maritime culture,and promoting a new model of interest and righteousness in maritime interactions.These efforts have not only advanced the localization of Marxist views on the ocean but have also led the construction of China’s maritime endeavors through top-level design and methodological guidance.Additionally,they have contributed Chinese insights to the establishment of a new global maritime order,fostering positive interaction and shared prosperity between China and the world’s maritime development.
