摘要:: 中国自古以来就重视家庭和家风的建设，对家庭成员尤其对兄弟关系的维护和约束采取了很多措施，两汉时期已经达到一个很高的水准。（1）统治者颁布“推恩令”，允许诸侯王爵之家的兄弟们平等地分享祖先创造的所有资源，实现家庭内部的公平。（2）统治者大力推行“任子”政策，鼓励高级官员的儿子们走出家庭，到朝廷任职，为他们提供发展自己的机会，也使其获得了家庭以外的各种资源，从而创造共同的家族荣耀。（3）地方基层官员重视和细化兄弟之间关系的各种维护和约束措施，目的就是实现兄弟之间的友爱互助和谦让，并将其作为选拔官员的标准。这些做法客观上引导和促进了良好家庭和家风的建设，这不仅有利于家庭的内部稳定，也为社会的长治久安起到促进作用。

Abstract:: Throughout history,Chinese rulers have placed great importance on family building,and the rulers of the Western and Eastern Han dynasties took some measures to maintain brotherly relationships,a crucial part of both family and social construction.One notable measure was the Tui En Ling,which allowed brothers to equally share all resources created by their ancestors,achieving fairness within the family.Additionally,the rulers were keen on the Ren Zi policy,which encouraged the sons of high-ranking officials to step out of their families and serve in the court,contributing to the state.They could develop their own opportunities and access various resources outside the family,thereby creating a shared family glory.Furthermore,local officials valued and recognized various acts of humility among brothers and used these behaviors as criteria for selecting officials.This practice objectively guided and promoted good family values-brothers helping each other and showing humility in the face of interests—which not only benefited the long-term stability of families but also contributed to the enduring stability of society.
