摘要:: 民间信仰在长久的历史发展中，扎根于以血缘、地缘为纽带的乡村社会，也构成了乡村社会的文化传统，维系着乡村社会的发展。随着社会的变迁，民间信仰逐渐从精神信仰转化为非物质文化遗产，也逐渐转化为具有乡土气息的民俗活动。民间信仰作为一种乡土文化，在凝聚乡村治理力量、维系乡村社会秩序、培育乡土情感等方面发挥着重要作用，成为乡村发展的重要资源。不容忽视的是，民间信仰也存在着消解社会主义核心价值观、阻碍文明乡风培育、阻滞乡村经济发展和乡村有效治理等负面影响。因此，要立足于新时代乡村发展的现实需要，坚持“两个结合”，坚持“两创”，重塑民间信仰的经济、文化、道德功能，促进乡村全面发展。

Abstract:: In the long-term historical development,folk beliefs,which have taken root in the rural society linked by consanguinity and geoplitics,have also constituted the cultural tradition of the rural society and maintained the development of the rural society.With the changes of society,folk beliefs have gradually transformed from spiritual beliefs to intangible cultural heritage,and have also gradually transformed into folk activities with local flavor.As a kind of local culture,folk beliefs have been playing an important role in condensing the power of rural governance,maintaining the rural social order and cultivating local feelings.And they have also become an important resource for rural development.What cannot be ignored is that folk beliefs also have negative effects,such as dissolving the socialist core values,hindering the cultivation of civilized rural customs,and hindering rural economic development and rural governance.Therefore,based on the practical needs of rural development in the new era,we should adhere to the Two Integrations and Two Creations,and focus on the economic,cultural and moral functions to reshape the social functions of folk beliefs and promote rural development.
