摘要:: 安全的旅游环境是推动城市旅游业和城市经济发展的基础保障。以厦门作为案例对象，对赴厦门的城市游客进行了问卷调查，并基于游客的感知调查数据分析了游客对厦门城市旅游安全状态的评价态度，同时分析了游客对厦门城市旅游安全风险、城市旅游六要素中的安全风险来源环节和风险因素类型的感知强度。根据游客感知所反应的旅游安全需求，研究提出了旅游城市面向游客实施安全风险管理的机制措施。

Abstract:: A safe and secure tourist environment is essential to the development of the tourism industry and the economy of a city. Taking Xiamen as an example, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the tourists to Xiamen. Data were collected and the tourist’s assessment index on the safety & security of Xiamen was analyzed. In addition, the research analyzed the tourist’s perception of safety & security risk of urban tourism and the sources of risk. According to the safety & security demands revealed from tourist’s perception, mechanisms were put forward for safety & security risk management in tourist cities.
