摘要:
陈嘉庚一生经历了在辛亥革命时期加入同盟会、抗日战争期间回国考察、新中国成立后回国定居的三次政治抉择；这三次政治抉择都含有强烈的“正统”观念，都离不开革命和战争事件的影响。陈嘉庚痛恶战争、热爱和平，拥护正义战争、坚信正义必胜，顺应潮流、与时俱进，是一位“正义老人”及杰出的爱国主义者。
Abstract:
Tan Kah Kee experienced three important political choices in his life. They are: joining Chinese United League during Xin Hai Revolution period，returning to the homeland for an investigation trip during the Resistance War against Japan，and coming back to China for settlement after the new China was founded. The main reasons why he had done so are that Tan Kah Kee bitterly detested war，greatly loved peace，supported justice，believed in the truth，followed the trend of the times，and advanced with the times. In all, we could get a conclusion that Tan Kah Kee is a great righteous patriot.
