厦漳泉区域差异的泰尔指数评价及政策建议-《集美大学学报》（哲社版）

摘要:: 采用泰尔指数测度了厦漳泉2005-2012年间与建设小康社会密切相关的经济发展类、生活水平类、社会发展类和环境保护类等17个指标的区域间差异状况，得出结论：在全面建设小康社会的进程中，厦漳泉区域间差异在总体上趋于缩小，但个别指标仍然存在着相当的差距以及低水平的均衡状态，厦门市则在比较多的指标方面占据优势，漳州市多个指标处于劣势。应充分发挥厦门的龙头带动作用，促进共同繁荣，建成高质量的小康社会。

Abstract:: The paper applied Theil index to measure four major indicators of Xia-Zhang-Quan Economic Zone from 2005 to 2012. They were indicators of economic development, indicators of living standards, indicators of social development and indicators of environmental protection, all of which were closely related to building a well-off society. The four major indicators contained seventeen minor indicators. The results showed: in the progress of building a welloff society, the regional difference among Xiamen, Zhangzhou and Quanzhou tended to be narrowing; some indicators showed a wide gap and a low-level balance among the three cities; Xiamen occupied the dominant position in a lot of indicators, while Zhangzhou was at the inferior position in many aspects. Therefore, in order to improve the lowlevel balance and to promote the common prosperity, we should take full advantage of the leading role of Xiamen, so as to build a high quality well-off society.
