摘要:: 在构建生产性服务业竞争力评价指标体系的基础上，利用因子分析法评价了福建省生产性服务业在华东地区7个省市中的产业竞争力。实证分析得出：经济发展因子、教育与科技因子是阻碍福建省生产性服务业发展的重要因素，环境资源因子和就业因子是次要因素，而社会福利和投资因子对其发展起一定促进作用。最后，提出相应的竞争力提升对策：提高经济发展水平，优化宏观环境；推动资源合理配置，引导结构升级；依托制造业优势，寻求创新发展模式；主动接轨华东省市，实现区域联动发展。

Abstract:: Based on the construction of the evaluation index system for producer service industry’s competitiveness and through the factor analysis, this paper evaluates the competitiveness of Fujian producer service industry in East China. The empirical study shows: economic factor, education and technology factors are the major obstacles to the development of producer service industry, environment and resources factor and employment factor are the secondary factors, but the social welfare and investment factors help promote the development of producer service industry. This paper puts forward some corresponding measures to enhance the competitiveness of Fujian producer service industry. Firstly, improve economic development and optimize the macroscopic environment. Secondly, promote rational allocation of resources and upgrade industrial structure. Thirdly, make use of the advantages of manufacturing industry and innovate the patterns of development. Lastly, integrate the eastern provinces actively and realize co-development.
