摘要:: 乡村治理体制的现代化是实现全面改革布局下对农村基层行政体制发展的要求。改革开放以来，乡村社会经历了现代转型所孕育的“自主性”成长和公共领域的成熟，为乡村治理体制的现代化打下了现实根基，然乡村治理变革实践中现代性资源的短缺、空虚的“自主性”和传统权威的复兴等问题是乡村治理体制现代化必须克服的难题，需从公民建设、国家建设和法治建设三个方面进行建设。

Abstract:: The modernization of rural governance system is one of the requirements by the development of rural grassroots administrative system under the background of comprehensively deepening the reform. Since China’s reform and opening up, the growth of “autonomy” and the maturity in the public field have laid a realistic foundation for the modernization of the rural governance system, but there arise some problems, such as the shortage of resources, the empty “autonomy” and the revival of traditional authority in the practice of rural governance reform. The solutions to these problems demand the effort of the citizens, the nation and the law.
