摘要:: 构建地市公共文化服务支出绩效评价体系是实现城市间公共文化服务均等化、促进区域地市间公共文化服务优势互补的有效途径，也是促进区域地市间经济文化改革与发展的原动力。采用层次分析法（AHP）对福建省九地市公共文化服务支出绩效评价进行研究，结果表明:福建省九地市间公共文化服务水平不平衡，具有较大的差异。根据实证结果，提出了加强区域地市间文化交流、提高公共文化服务领域财政支出等五点建议。

Abstract:: Setting up a system for performance evaluation of financial expenditure on public cultural service in cities is conducive to the equalization of public cultural services in different cities. It is not only an effective way to complement the public cultural service in regions, but also is a fuel for the economic and cultural development among cities. The paper conducted an empirical research on the performance evaluation of finance expenditure on public cultural service in nine cities of Fujian Province based on AHP model. The results showed that there were great differences. Accordingly, the paper proposed five suggestions: to increase the expenditure of public cultural services, to strengthen the cultural exchanges in cities, and so on.
