摘要:
子产与孔子是同时代的思想家和政治家，在很多方面两人的认识出奇地一致，思想上存在很多相契合的地方。如在天人观上，两人都主张重人事；在为政治国观上，都主张德刑兼施、宽猛相济；在礼制观上，都主张重礼。但由于所处的环境不同，思想视角的差异，子产与孔子在对一些问题的认识上，也存在龃龉和冲突，最突出表现为子产铸刑书，而孔子则反对与铸刑书性质相类的晋国铸刑鼎事件。总体看，子产与孔子思想是契合多于冲突的，尽管侧重点不同，可谓和而不同、大同小异。
Abstract:
Zichan and Confucius were both thinkers and statesmen of the same era, and they shared a lot in common in their thoughts, such as the conception of Heaven and Man, the conception of governing, the conception of etiquette. However, due to different environment there were some conflicts between them, such as their view about punishment pot. In all, they had more similarities than differences.
