摘要:
朱熹作为我国古代著名的哲学家、教育家，他科学总结为官之道，形成其独特的官德教育思想。其主要内容有：为官先立志尚德，为官应循理守法，为官要以民为本，为官要公私分明，为官要廉政勤政，为官要选贤任能。这一思想对近古我国官德教育的发展产生过积极的影响。其中有许多有益的思想，赋予新义，对今天我们建设良好的官风仍有其现实意义。
Abstract:
Zhu Xi was a famous thinker，philosopher and educationist in ancient China.When he was a leading officer outside China’s capital city，he made a scientific summary about the styles of being a civil servant，which became his unique thoughts of the morality education of the civil servants.These thoughts mainly contained:building up your morality at the beginning of your career，following the laws and reasons，considering people as the first priority，separating public affairs from private things，being honest，righteous and diligent，and selecting qualified people as officers.These thoughts exerted a positive influence on the morality education of the civil servants in ancient China.Many of the thoughts are very useful and given new meanings in modern society，which are of practical significances for being a great civil servant.
