摘要:
习近平多次强调担当，赋予这一概念以新的时代内涵。担当意识以符合伦理正义要求为根本，以主体自觉主动为前提，以勇敢无畏气概为支撑，以负责任能落实为基础。担当意识与责任意识、使命意识、忧患意识联系紧密但有明显区别。从历史看，担当意识是中华传统文化的优良传统。中国共产党人继承了这一传统。在新时代，担当意识不仅是对党员和干部的基本要求，也是对青年的根本要求之一。
Abstract:
President Xi Jinping has stressed the importance of responsibility on several occasions，thus giving it a new connotation.The foundation of responsibility awareness is ethics and righteousness，its precondition is conscious acts，and it is based on bravery and fulfillment.Responsibility awareness is closely related to but significantly different from mission awareness and hardship awareness.It is a virtue of traditional Chinese culture，which the CPC has inherited.In this new era，responsibility awareness is essential to CPC members，cadres and the young as well.
