摘要:
在新时代新条件下促进乡村振兴，必须充分激活与利用乡村本土资源及内在新动能。从境内外乡村建设实践经验来考察，“社区活化与营造”理念与行动的开展起了重要作用。在路径上由最初的注重“人文地产景”的资源活化转变为注重主体的活化，强调对乡村社区的赋权与自组织。以社区活化视角分析我国乡村振兴可以发现资源及主体上均面临着诸多挑战，表现在人才资源匮乏、优秀文化供给不足、地理资源约束、产业结构单一、景观同质化以及缺乏有效赋权的他组织治理化。实现乡村振兴须围绕乡村的“人文地产景”等维度，特别是要从赋权以及自组织治理的理念出发，采取针对性的乡村活化策略。
Abstract:
To promote rural revitalization in the new era and new conditions，we must fully activate and utilize rural local resources and internal motivation.The experience of rural construction and development at home and abroad reveals the important role of the concept and action of “community activation”.The driving path,which stressed the activation of the resources focusing on the “humanity，culture，land，industry and landscape”,has shifted to the activation of the subject，emphasizing the empowerment and self-organization of the rural communities.From the perspective of community activation，the rural revitalization of China is faced with many difficulties in such aspects as talent resources，cultural supplies,geographical resources,industry structure,the landscape，and effective empowerment.To realize rural revitalization,we should focus on the rural “humanity,culture,land,industry and landscape”,and adopt a targeted rural activation strategy based on the concept of empowerment and self-organization governance.
