摘要:
在建设“21世纪海上丝绸之路”倡议下，以海峡两岸之间的航运发展现状为研究对象，分析了影响航运发展的政策、经济、文化、贸易等四大因素及面临的外部环境挑战，提出政策支持、经济驱动、文化交流、利用地缘优势、把握民心五个航运发展路径，以期推动台湾地区参与到“21 世纪海上丝绸之路”倡议中去，进一步扩大两岸间航运发展空间，促进祖国和平统一。
Abstract:
Under the background of the initiative of building the 21st century Maritime Silk Road，this paper takes the current situation of shipping development between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits as the research focus,analyzes the influence of policy,economy,culture,trade and the external environment of challenge,puts forward five shipping development paths including policy support, economic driver,cultural exchanges,the use of geographical advantages,and understanding people’s sentiments,in the hope toencourage Taiwan to participate in the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”initiative,to further expand cross-Strait shipping development space,and to promote the peaceful reunification of China.
