摘要:
构建“海洋命运共同体”是人类社会实现海洋可持续发展的应有目标，是打造全球海洋治理新格局、实现世界海洋和平安宁发展的必然追求，合作、共建、共享、共赢逻辑下的海洋文化建设发展，理应是“海洋命运共同体”构建的文化基础和价值体现。而这正是中国海洋文化的核心内涵。中国海洋文化理应在“海洋命运共同体”构建中起到主导、引领性文化基础和精神纽带作用。
Abstract:
Building “a Maritime Community with a Shared Future” is not only an essential goal of the sustainable marine development，but also an inevitable pursuit of building a new pattern of global ocean governance and realizing the peaceful development of the world oceans.The construction and development of maritime culture under the logic of cooperation，co-construction，sharing and winwin should be the cultural foundation and value manifestation of “a Maritime Community with a Shared Future”.This is also the core connotation of Chinese maritime culture.China’s maritime culture should play a leading role as a cultural foundation and spiritual bond in the construction of the “Maritime Community with a Shared Future”.
