摘要:: 马克思主义国际主义理论的发展过程大致经历了“四个阶段、三次转型”。马克思、恩格斯、列宁时期，面临的是如何通过阶级斗争、无产阶级专政和联合世界无产阶级推翻资本主义，建立社会主义国家的问题，忽略了民族国家发展同国际阶级矛盾相区分的现实性问题；斯大林、毛泽东时期，斯大林提出组建第三国际，毛泽东针对三个世界进行理论划分，没有解决如何实现社会主义同资本主义的共存问题；邓小平时期,在“不当头、不当霸”的战略选择下，通过实际行动解决了社会主义同资本主义相处的问题，“一国两制”构想体现了邓小平对旧的国际主义理论的价值提升；进入新时代，习近平在百年未有之大变局的国际背景下，兼顾内外发展情势，提出人类命运共同体思想，这一新型国际主义理论超越了国家间不同制度和文明的零和博弈，成为马克思主义国际主义理论的第三次“国际价值转型”。

Abstract:: The Marxist internationalism theory has gone through“four stages and three transformations”.In the time of Marx Engels and Lenin,they focused on how to overthrow capitalism and build a socialist state through class struggle,the dictatorship of the proletariat and the unification of the world proletariat,ignoring the problem of balancing the contradictions between nationalism and internationalism;in the time of Stalin and Mao Zedong,Stalin proposed the formation of the Third International and Mao Zedong made a theoretical division of the three worlds,but they did not solve the problem of how to achieve the co-existence between capitalism and socialism.In the era of Deng Xiaoping,under the strategic option of “not to be the head,nor to be the hegemony”,Deng,through his practical actions,solved the problem as to how socialism should relate to capitalism.His “one country two systems” concept enhanced the value of the old internationalism theory.In the 21st century,Xi Jinping,against the background of the unprecedented changes of the century,took into account the development situation at home and abroad and put forward the idea of “a community with a shared future for mankind”.This new concept of international strategy not only transcends the zerosum game among different systems and civilizations,but also becomes the third “international value transformation” since the development of Marx’s internationalism theory.
