摘要:
华侨陈嘉庚领时代之先,指出女学的本质目的在于“造成女子自身之幸福”,在荒僻的闽南乡村建立“集美学村”,构建起纵贯学前教育、初等教育、中等教育、高等教育各阶段,横跨职教、普教、社教各领域的女子教育体系,并通过专业、学制、教学领域的创新,赋予女子参政热情、经济思维、竞争意识、革命精神,造就了诸多自立自决的优秀女性。时至今日,陈嘉庚的女子教育思想及实践经验,对当代中国妇女教育事业仍具有重要参考价值和借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Overseas Chinese Tan Kah-Kee,who led the trend,pointed out that the essential purpose of women’s education was to “enable women to get their own happiness”.In the southern Fujian,which is a remote rural region,he established Jimei School Village and constructed a women’s education system covering preschool,primary school,middle school,high school,vocational education,general education,and social education.Through innovation in subject,educational system,and teaching,he endowed women with enthusiasm for political participation,economic thinking,competitive consciousness,and revolutionary spirit,and created many independent and self-determined outstanding women.Today,his ideas and practical experience in women’s education still has important reference value and significance for the development of women’s education in China.
