作为教师之魂的师德,标识着教师职业生命的品质,关乎学生的道德成长,是师资队伍建设的首要工作。通过梳理道德领导理论的流变脉络与内涵要义,以教师道德领导力为切入点,基于对中国式现代化中“丰富人民精神世界”的本质要求、弘扬教育家精神的使命担当、自由而全面发展的社会主义事业建设者与接班人的培养要求、学生成长成才引路人的角色需求等时代要求的解析,反思当前师德涵养存在的道德视野窄化、道德权威淡化与道德想象弱化等主体困境,提出道德领导力视阈下教师师德涵养的行动逻辑:共享道德领导,认同“领导即榜样”;重申道德权威,树立反思性实践观;塑造共同愿景,激活教师德性涵养。
- Abstract:

As the soul of teachers profession,professional ethics symbolizes the quality of teachers’ professional life,is related to students’ moral growth,and is the primary work in the construction of teaching staff.By sorting out the evolution context and connotative meaning of the theory of moral leadership,taking teachers’ moral leadership as the breakthrough point,based on the analysis of the essential requirements of "enriching the spiritual world of the people" in Chinese modernization,the mission of carrying forward the spirit of educators,the cultivation requirements of socialist builders and successors with all-round development in freedom,and the role needs of guides for students’ development,this paper reflects on the current main dilemmas in the cultivation of professional ethics,including constrained moral vision,eroded moral authority,and diminished moral imagination.It puts forward the operational logic of teachers’ professional ethics cultivation from the perspective of moral leadership:sharing moral leadership and recognizing that "leadership is an example";reaffirming moral authority and establishing a reflective practice view;shaping a common vision and activating teachers’ virtue cultivation.
