摘要:
学前教育布局的本质是以规划形式给幼儿园所进行各方面“赋能”。近年来,我国学前教育虽有长足发展,但也有多重矛盾交织—“老问题未去,新挑战又生”,学前教育尤其是农村学前教育仍处弱势和紧平衡,亟需通过规划调整与布局完善进行动态调适。为此,对学前教育资源配置问题从理论和实践结合上进行探讨,以普惠园发展机制构建为核心规划布局例证展开讨论,除了首尾的研究缘起和结语外,主要从国内外学前教育规划布局的四种惯例做法、我国学前教育布局的政策法规解读举例和学前教育规划布局流程中的“过程问题”3个层面具体展开。这些基于实际调查的情境考察,赋有来自幼教生活的纯真灵动。
Abstract:
The essence of preschool education planning lies in institutionally empowering kindergarten systems through systematic design.While China’s preschool education has achieved significant progress in recent years,it remains entangled with multifaceted tensions - persistent legacy issues compounded by emerging challenges.Rural preschool education continues to operate as a disadvantaged subsystem in a state of fragile equilibrium,necessitating adaptive optimization through strategic planning and spatial reorganization.This study adopts a theory-practice integrative approach to investigate preschool education resource allocation,prioritizing the development of inclusive kindergarten mechanisms as a paradigmatic case for planning strategies.The research ultimately aims to establish robust support systems for the sustainable development of China’s preschool education.Structured beyond conventional introductory-conclusive frameworks,the paper methodically examines four established approaches to preschool education planning across global contexts,decodes policy and regulatory frameworks through Chinese planning exemplars,and identifies implementation challenges in planning processes.These empirically grounded investigations embody authentic vitality derived from early education praxis.
