摘要:: 高校毕业生高质量充分就业是高质量发展的应有之义。就业指导课程作为高校就业指导的主渠道，在高校毕业生实现高质量充分就业过程中发挥着不可或缺的重要推动作用。基于17省64所高校的实证分析发现，当前就业指导课程面临着课程的组织机构不尽统一、课程设置“间断性”突出、课程内容的教育功能式微和教师队伍专业化不足等困境。着眼于深入推进高校毕业生高质量充分就业，应从构建全程化就业指导课程体系、探索就业指导课程的校企合作新模式、充实专业化就业指导教师队伍和打通就业指导课程与其他课程的融合路径等多方面发力，提升大学生就业指导课程成效。

Abstract:: High-quality and full employment for college graduates is an essential aspect of high-quality development.As the main channel for employment guidance in universities,employment guidance courses play an indispensable role in promoting high-quality and full employment for college graduates.Based on the empirical analysis of 64 universities in 17 provinces,it is found that the current employment guidance curriculum is facing challenges such as inconsistent organizational structure,prominent "intermittency" in curriculum design,weak educational function of curriculum content,and insufficient professionalization of the teaching staff.Focusing on promoting high-quality and full employment for college graduates,efforts should be made from various aspects such as building a full-process employment guidance curriculum system,exploring new models of school-enterprise cooperation for employment guidance courses,enriching the professional employment guidance teacher team,and connecting the integration path of employment guidance courses with other courses to enhance the effectiveness of college students’ employment guidance courses.
