摘要:
在全面推进中国式教育现代化与实现教育高质量发展的关键阶段,充分挖掘优质教育资源的贡献力变得更加重要,银龄教师作为新时代更可能助推西部教育高质量发展的优质教育资源,亟待挖潜。为此,需要从教育、科技、人才一体化发展的西部在地化呈现,银龄教师的价值输出与西部教育的价值需求相契合,以及国家教育事业整体向好与西部教育高质量发展的统筹兼顾3个维度,厘清银龄教师助力西部教育高质量发展的时代价值。从外化银龄教师特有的教育家精神的引领价值,健全支援学校与受援地区之间的银龄教师供需匹配机制,创新银龄教师助力西部教育的数字化模式,实施银龄教师助力西部教育政策性与人性化的双向保障等方面,探索银龄教师助力西部教育高质量发展推动西部教育均衡发展和教育现代化进程。
Abstract:
At the critical stage of comprehensively promoting the modernization of Chinese style education and achieving high-quality development of education, it has become more important to fully tap into the contribution of high-quality educational resources. Silver aged teachers, as high-quality educational resources that are more likely to promote the high-quality development of education in the western region in the new era, urgently need to tap their potential. To this end, it is necessary to clarify the era connotation of silver age teachers assisting the high-quality development of western education from three perspectives: the localization of education, technology, and talent integration, the alignment of the value output of silver age teachers with the time value of western education, and the overall improvement of the national education industry with the high-quality development of western education. Furthermore, by exploring the guiding value of the unique educational spirit of silver age teachers, improving the supply and demand matching mechanism of silver age teachers between supporting schools and assisted areas, innovating the digital model of silver age teachers assisting western education, and implementing a two-way guarantee of policy and humanization of silver age teachers assisting western education, we can explore the suggestions of silver age teachers assisting the high-quality development of western education, which will help expand the talent dividend, promote the balanced development and modernization process of western education.
