摘要:
“堂堂正正”的人格是习近平总书记对新时代思想政治教育工作者的职业素养所提出的明确要求。高校辅导员作为思想政治教育工作的骨干力量，其职业人格是从事思想政治教育的主要工具及其非权力影响力的根本来源，制约着思想政治教育的实效性。基于对近11届共112份高校辅导员年度人物事迹的质性分析，发现优秀辅导员职业人格由以政治忠诚性为本位的道德取向人格、以促进学生成长为核心的业务取向人格，及以激励学生成长为着眼点的人际取向人格组成。其中道德取向人格是根基，业务取向和人际取向人格并列互促，三者相互关联构成一个有机整体。辅导员堂堂正正的人格厚植了思想政治教育内容的导向性，提升了思想政治教育过程的科学性，增强了思想政治教育结果的渗透性，影响着思想政治教育的实效性。
Abstract:
General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasizes that the personality of ideological and political education workers in the new era should be "dignified and imposing".College counselors as the backbone of ideological and political education，their vocational personality is the main educational tool and the fundamental source of theirnon-power influence，which restricts the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Based on the qualitative analysis of 112 college counselors’ annual deeds，it is found that the vocational personality of excellent counselors consists of moral oriented personality based on political loyalty，professional oriented personality centering on promoting students’ growth，and interpersonal oriented personality focusing on encouraging students’growth.Among them，moral oriented personality is the foundation，while professional oriented personality and interpersonal oriented personality promote each other and form an organic whole.The vocational personality of counselors has deeply planted the guidance of ideological and political education content，improved the scientific nature of ideological and political education process，enhanced the permeability of ideological and political education results，and affected the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
