摘要:
通过对毕业生群体的调查实证研究,得出专业教师的总体教学水平、就业分析指导影响大学生的专业认同、学习态度、就业心态与对口选择。提出促进学生专业主动学习与对口就业的对策:拓宽专业调整途径,注重新生的专业思想稳定教育;提高教师教学水平,加强就业认知引导;加强专业教师与辅导员的协同育人;搭建岗位交流平台,完善教师考核机制。
Abstract:
Through the empirical survey research on the graduates group, it is concluded that the professional identity, learning attitude, employment mentality and counterpart choice of college students were influenced by the overall teaching level and the employment analysis guide of professional teachers. Put forward some countermeasures to promote professional active learning and counterpart employment of students: broaden the way of professional adjustment, pay more attention to the professional thought stability education of college freshmen; improve the teaching level of teachers, strengthen employment cognition guidance; strengthen collaborative education of professional teachers and counselors; build platform of post communication, improve assessment mechanism of teacher.

 FANG Mi,LI Hui,SONG Na.了解大学生情绪管理能力现状及其影响因素。采用分层随机抽样,使用大学生情绪智力量表对云南省七所高校大学生进行施测。结果表明:(1)大学生情绪管理能力总均分为3.74,大于理论中值3;各因子均分在3.71~3.78之间。(2)大学生情绪管理能力及其各维度在性别、年级、专业、家庭氛围、家庭经济状况变量上存在显著差异。结论:大学生情绪管理能力处于中等偏上水平,性别、年级、专业、家庭氛围和家庭经济状况对情绪管理能力的一个或多个维度有显著影响。[J].Journal of Jimei University(Education Science Edition),2015,16(02):30.
