摘要:
教师入职教育是确保教师职业专业化发展的第一步,开展教师入职教育是世界各国提高教师队伍整体素质、提高教学质量的共同战略。介绍美国加州圣荷西州立大学的入职集中培训计划、辅助性资源,以及关注教学细节和教学改进方法策略的后续线上教育内容,以此分析美国高校的教师入职教育具有现实性、全面性和保障性的特点,为我国高校教师的入职教育提供启示与借鉴。
Abstract:
Teachers’ inductive education is the first step to ensure the development of the teachers’ professionalism. Developing teachers’ inductive education is a common strategy to improve the overall quality of teachers and improve the teaching quality. This article introduces the centralized inductive educational plan and the auxiliary resources of the California San Jose State University, it also introduces on-line follow up education that focus on the teaching details and teaching improvement strategy,in order to analyze the characteristics of teachers’ inductive training of American university:realism, completeness and supportability, it can provide inspiration and reference for China’s university.
