互动是影响SPOC在线学习效果的关键因素。研究以某省属师范大学开设的SPOC课程“现代教育技术应用”为例,从人机互动和人际互动两个方面对SPOC平台上的学习记录进行数据分析,挖掘SPOC学习者在线学习行为特征,结果显示:在SPOC在线学习过程中以人机互动为主,人际互动参与度不足;参与互动的程度与学习评价导向有关;学习时更加注重结果而非过程;主动参与人际互动的积极性不足,绝大部分的讨论交流以单向提问或解答为主,缺乏深层次沟通。建议完善人机互动;人际互动;建立奖励机制;引入合理的多样化的在线评价机制。
Abstract:
Interaction is a key factor to affecting the effectiveness of SPOC online learning. Based on a case of SPOC course "Modern Educational Technology Application" opened by a provincial normal university, the paper analyzes the learning records on the SPOC platform from the aspects of human-computer interaction and interpersonal interaction, and explores the online learning behavior characteristics of SPOC learners. The results show that in the online learning process of SPOC, human-computer interaction is the main part, and the interpersonal interaction participation time is insufficient; the degree of participation interaction is related to the learning evaluation orientation; the learning is more focused on the result rather than the process; the active participation in interpersonal interaction is insufficient. Most of the discussion exchanges are based on one-way questions or answers, and lack of deep communication. According to the research results, the article puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions, in order to help the effective development of SPOC learning.
