摘要:
为了探讨青少年成长型思维模式、坚毅人格和主观幸福感之间的关系，采用思维模式量表、十二项简式坚毅量表、生活满意度和积极/消极情绪量表，对475名初高中生进行问卷调查。研究认为青少年主观幸福感整体处于中上水平；青少年成长型思维模式、坚毅人格和主观幸福感两两之间皆存在显著正相关；青少年成长型思维、坚毅人格能显著正向预测主观幸福感，坚毅人格在成长型思维和主观幸福感关系之间起部分中介作用。因此，提高青少年成长型思维，培养其坚毅人格有助于提升主观幸福感。
Abstract:
The study aims to explore the relationship between growth mindset,grit and subjective well-being.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 475 adolescents with Mindset Scale,12Item Grit Scale,SWLS Scale and PANAS Scale.It shows that the subjective well-being of adolescents is above average;Adolescents’ grit,growth mindset and subjective well-being are positively correlated with each other;Growth mindset and grit can predict effectively subjective well-being,and grit plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between growth mindset and subjective well-being.Thus,it helps to enhance adolescents’ subjective well-being by improving their growth mindset and cultivating their grit.
