摘要:
普通高校工程教育存在着与企业实际需求脱节的问题。其中有教育理念偏差、学生规模发展迅速、教材更新滞后、面向工程实践的师资激励机制不足等多方面原因。因此,面向台资企业的IT工程教育应当以专业评估的要求为指导,以强化大学生能力和素质培养为中心,并具体落实到大学四年各课程教学的始终,紧密结合台资企业文化和技术特点,积极开展校企合作、两岸校校合作。
Abstract:
In regular colleges and universities,there exists the phenomenon that engineering education is irrelevant to the actual needs of the enterprises,and all sorts of factors contribute to it,including the deviation of educational conception,quick development scale of students,renewal lag of the teaching materials and the shortage of policy incentives for teachers to participate in the engineering practice. Consequently,the IT engineering education aimed at Taiwanese-invested enterprises should be guided by professional assessment,and should be centered on strengthening college students’ aptitudes and qualities,which is to be implemented through the overall teaching of every subject during the whole four-year college studies. Furthermore,with a tight and close integration with the cultural features and technical characteristics of Taiwanese-invested enterprises,carry out an active cooperation between colleges and enterprises,between colleges and colleges among Taiwan and mainland.
